Saint-Denis Theater

This design and project management concept entailed the renovation of a 2 300 seats theatre constructed in the 1930s. A movie theatre was also converted into a 950 seat capacity theatre. A proper lobby was created. A new “art deco” facade has been successfully introduced in this historically sensitive urban context.
